TERMS & CONDITIONS & PRVACY POLICY

The policy below is meant to protect the client as well as the practitioner from unfair and unjust business practices.  There are important administrative work that is necessary to ensure that your psychic reading or healing is smooth and enjoyable.  Please review the policy before scheduling your psychic reading or healing session.

 

Confidentiality:  All readings and healing sessions are strictly confidential.  In order to sustain an open-minded and comfortable atmosphere during the reading or healing, subjects discussed will remain private.

 

Cancellations and reschedules:  Cancellations and reschedules must be made 24 hours before a scheduled appointment.  All cancelled and rescheduled appointments that are made with less than 24 hour notice will result in a £20 non-refundable payment to be made in cash and will be paid in advance prior to the beginning of the reading or healing session.

 

Payments:  Payments were originally accepted after the reading but due to increased business and limited availability, sessions are highly encouraged to be made prior to the reading to ensure your session is reserved in advance.  

 

Note:  If Sonia Oscar is unable to connect whilst in a reading with a client, after 10 minutes, the session will end and there will be no fee charged.  The client must be in area where they can calmly (without unnecessary background noise) accept telephone/Skype/FaceTime psychic reading.  If not, the psychic reading will be rearranged.

 

Under UK law readings are classed as for entertainment spiritual and inspirational purposes only; no guarantees can be given as to the accuracy of a reading.  All readings and questions answered should at no time be regarded as legal, medical, financial or other advice.  Readings will not be conducted for those who have been diagnosed with any form of mental illness or who suffer from clinical depression, unless medically advised.  Readings are given to 18 year olds or over.

 

Healing sessions are not meant to replace orthodox medical treatment that a client may currently be undergoing.  If applicable, under no circumstances should a client stop taking prescribed medication without first consulting a doctor.

 

Privacy Policy: There will be NO storing, sharing or selling of personal information of users of the website.
